Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once packaging is opened. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or unable to use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

• No returns once the package is opened (sterility reasons)
• Only defective/unopened items can be returned or refunded.
